October 23, 2025 – Flashing Lights

Thursday brings the moon in Scorpio and new phase for the entire day. Scorpio energy will have us digging deep on watery, emotional issues since the moon is in play. The new energy will have us beginning and intending for the month ahead. Hopefully we seeded our intentions on Tuesday with the new moon in Libra. Today is the final Black Moon Day, when the Earth’s moon and the Black Moon are in the same sign. Our shadow sides around death/endings and winning/losing are being brought up for reconciliation. The lessons aren’t going to be easy but they will be important.

Adding to the complexity of the Black Moon, we have it conjuncting Mercury at 12:45PM. This is another new beginning but surrounding our communication and our shadow side. In this case we are finally getting the release on last cycle’s energy and starting new. With this aspect it may feel like challenges around our inner psyche and talking to others. We want to be careful not to be overly pessimistic or act defeated before the battle begins. At the same time, we should be careful about reacting with anger or attacks on others. Say your piece, then allow others to find their truth.

Lastly, we have Jupiter square Chiron Rx at 6:19PM. This is a change between expansion and our reforming wounding, healing and teaching. Painful or joyous there is a profound healing moment happening right now in our lives. We want to lean into this wisdom and stay tuned for prophetic dreams, visions, healers and/or teachers coming to us. This energy began on October 11 and will be with us until November 14 so be aware. Its likely these lessons will be easy to identify.
