October 19, 2025 – Motivating the Team

Sunday brings a moon shift right at midnight here on the east coast from Virgo to Libra at 12:01AM. In some parts of the country this will happen on Saturday night. We can anticipate that Libra energy will color the day more than Virgo. Libra is the sign of balance as its symbol is the scales. We will likely want to seek peace and harmony, be social and enjoy the arts. We may even find that the day is spent focusing our marriages or pursuing a potential partner. We have another day of the balsamic moon phase of forgiving, releasing and dreaming. We have another day of this tomorrow before the new moon Tuesday.

Like Friday, our aspect happens overnight. Mercury trine the North Node perfects at 4:32AM. This is a powering between our communication and destiny. Given our identity was doing this dance yesterday, we are likely able to now communicate the goals unearthed yesterday. We will likely feel this aspect as projects happening more smoothly right now, especially those involving teamwork. Cooperating and teamwork will be the way to accomplish our goals right now.

Lastly, we have the Black Moon moving to 23°Scorpio at 2:31AM. Rounding up, the new symbol is, “crowds coming down the mountain to listen to an inspired man.” This will be activating our shadow sides around death/endings and winning/losing scenarios but with a filter of impressing others with our knowledge. We will need to be careful with making things too complicated or using big words when simple ones are good enough. We will be experiencing lessons in being practical and knowing our audience.
