Friday is a day with no major perfecting aspects. The moon remains in the sign of Capricorn, and it is the first day of the disseminating phase. Capricorn is a cardinal sign known for wanting to do everything for everyone else. While we may believe we know best, it is important to step back and ensure we are right. Boundaries are forming for us as we move into the maturing and old age that the full moon clarity brings us. We get closer as we communicate and share with those we trust and value.

The Sun points toward our identity and the Earth, our grounding or cure to the challenge with the Sun. Today, the Sun is discharging, “a Spaniard serenading his senorita,” and the Earth, “Indians making camp.” The Spaniard serenading speaks to creativity and being resourceful. We may also find it hard to say, “No.” Today, we can expect emotional appeals to be most effective. It is likely we can find a new and clever way to use what you have to accomplish your goals. The caution is against agreeing to something you may regret later. Avoid letting your heart rule your head and put off important decisions until a later day. There is a chance we can navigate the decisions with the Earth and Indians making camp. Making camp requires using resources around us like the Sun symbol. In this case, we are focusing on preparation and finding what we need. Also contrary to the Sun symbol, we are advised to choose useful items over pretty ones. The lesson being gained today is, avoid spending so much time getting ready, that there is no time to enjoy what you were planning for. Be willing to make do with what you have, today, perfection will be a lesson in futility.
