July 31, 2025 – Into the Great Wide Open

Thursday brings the final day of the crescent phase, and we may start to feel the heavy internal challenging energy waning. If it feels like we are still having to sort through the trash, don’t be surprised. Just after noon, at 1:25PM, the moon moves from Libra to Scorpio. We are leaving behind the artistic relationship sign of balance for watery transformative feeling sign of Scorpio. Under this moon energy, we are likely to be contemplating the deeper things in life so intuition will be key to success. We want to try to avoid unnecessary conflict as our words or those of others can cut extra deeply under this sign. Scorpio doesn’t like surface level and will aim to go deep, aim to ask for permission rather than forgiveness.

Later in the day we have our only perfecting aspect, the Sun conjunct Mercury Rx at 7:41PM. This is a new beginning around our identity and reforming communication or inner psyche. It can be a tough period for communicating and writing. We should look to see where low degrees of Leo sits in our chart to determine more specifically how this will express in our lives. The energy may have a bit less impact than other conjunctions because we have this signature several times per year. This year we have it happening 6 times, we can infer that there is some overarching lesson connected between the dates. For reference, the last times we felt this were Feb 9, March 24, and May 30. Finishing up this year, we will have it coming back through on Sept 13 and Nov 20, 2025.
