July 30, 2025 – Maintaining Expectations

Wednesday the moon is in Libra and crescent phase the entire day. We can anticipate challenges around our seed from last Fridays Leo New Moon are being challenged and we are inwardly persevering. While in Libra, we are likely wanting to do things with other people. We may be focusing on a potential partner or improving our relationships. It is likely art and beauty will come into focus at some point as well.

Our main event of the day happens right before midnight so we may not feel it yet but includes, Venus entering Cancer at 11:57PM. In Cancer, Venus will bring our focus to family relationships. Depending on where Cancer sits in your birth chart, this could bring more focus to finances or building stronger emotional bonds within your own tribe.

We feel Chiron station retrograde at 10:43AM. Chiron rules wounding, healing and teaching and is currently in Aries and the retrograde will last about 5 months and the shadow will be hanging with us until the end of April 2026. This means we are likely being taken on a detour surrounding some lesson in wounding, healing and then teaching about it. We can look at about 22-27° Aries to see what house these lessons are coming regarding.

Finally, the Black Moon moves to 14°Scorpio at 1:23PM, the new symbol is, “children playing around five mounds of sand.” The black moon represents our shadow sides and when in Scorpio relates to death; this can be winning/losing or endings, rarely does the Black Moon represent actual death, this is on a mental vs physical level. At this symbol, we can expect our shadow around creative exploration to be investigated. The risk is around letting our physical desires overcome our better judgement. It is likely, the next 9 days will be about learning when to stop or say no. We want to be careful not to go overboard when having a good time.
