Thursday, the moon moves from Pisces to Aries at 10:52AM. This period is marked by new opportunities or projects. Be careful to exercise patience and selflessness when possible. The moon has also shifted into the disseminating phase. It's a yin(in) phase of communicating and sharing what was revealed in the full moon phase.

Overnight, the Sun (02°Le52’) perfects sextile to the Black Moon (02°Li52’) at 4:00AM. We may find a new way of presenting ourselves. The dawn of a new day can reveal a woman having her hair bobbed. This is a day when we are able to break free of self-limiting thoughts and behaviors. Don't blame others for your own failings or willingness to risk. As the Black Moon transits Libra, the feelings of isolation and loneliness will have a chance to be brought into the light. We are not perfect beings here on earth and our ability to forgive ourselves and others is important.

Mercury returns to Virgo at 6:41PM, returning to one of the two signs it rules. We should aim to be precise in our communications with others. We may find ourselves organizing schedules and catching up our journal. Mercury will be retrograding soon therefore the events of this day will be reworked again on August 14 and September 9.

Lastly, the Sun (03°Le36’: a man formally dressed and a deer with its horns folded) will sextile Mars (03°Ge36’) at 10:32PM marking a time when we might as well compete as cooperate. Solve problems but don’t create them. We have two fire planets in supportive relation, however the trophy deer with holly and mistletoe provide images that are contrasting. The man and deer represent a talent for gaining the respect for others at its highest, on the lower end, attention seeking behavior or approval seeking. Holly and mistletoe at its highest represent a talent for adding to the lives of others through delightful occasions. On the low end, it is loss of touch with meaning due to focus on details. This shows us, what we find as a special talent, others may see as a waste of time and effort. We are advised to be aware our way of thinking may have room to grow
