Thursday brings a busy astrological day, and we begin with the Sun trine Saturn Rx at 7:23AM. This is a powering between our identity and reforming structures. Under this energy we are reminded steady accomplishment is the way to go right now. Good relationships with those in authority will be important. It is likely, rewards from past endeavors will pay dividends.

Setting up our new moon, we have the moon shifting from Cancer to Leo at 11:28AM and the first day of the new moon phase. When in Leo, our emotional bodies will be pulled toward having fun and lightening up. This is a period for enjoying life and being creative. We are not likely to do well with chores and grounded activities. The Sun is the ruler of Leo so we can anticipate these aspects today supporting our new moon seed.

Next, we have the Sun trine Neptune Rx at 1:31PM. This is another powering for our identity but this time the other party is reforming creativity. Under this energy we can normally expect improved intuition. Given Neptune is retrograde, we may have to deal with the opposite polarity. It is likely our imagination and creativity are limitless. This is a time to record dreams and ideas for consideration during waking hours.

Finally, we have the New Moon perfecting at 3:11PM. As a reminder we have 12 hours after the moon perfects to plant our seed of intentions. It is likely we are able to muster the courage to change. There is a likelihood the next month presents lessons on self-examination. A personal sacrifice is indicated surrounding a desire to be part of some group or achieve some goal. Our recommendation is to have the courage to do what needs to be done and break free from self-limiting thoughts and behaviors. We may have to overcome feeling sorry for ourselves or resenting those who are doing what we would like to be doing. Aim to not blame others for our own failings or unwillingness to take a risk.
