Monday is our only day in the Cancer new moon cycle when the moon is in Gemini for the entire day. Today is also the first day of the Balsamic phase marked by forgiving, releasing and dreaming about the previous new moon and the upcoming one. This year we had two solar first quarter cycles so Cancer and Leo will have similar filters this year of stepping out and taking action. We can anticipate that while we are forgiving, releasing and dreaming, we are taking steps to put ourselves where we need to be by the end of astrological year 2025. Gemini will be helping us communicate our needs and find opportunities. Our skills in time management will be tested as we determine what is meant for us and what is best left alone.

Our only perfecting aspect today is late and includes Venus square the North Node at 9:21PM. Squares are changes and the actors are Venus and the North Node. The parties represent relationships or how we choose what we want and destiny, increase or difficulty. Putting it all together, we can expect some lessons about who is supporting us and who is absent. When we look around and see who is there, answers about the new course of direction are easier to find.

Last but not least, the Black Moon moves to 13°Scorpio at 2:19PM, new Sabian, “telephone linemen installing new connections.” We can expect challenges and our shadow side to be activated around networking, linking and expanding human relationships. Our goal for the next 9 days at least will be to avoid interfering and meddling or sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong. Don’t try to patch up what doesn’t belong to you or isn’t your business. Your advantage will express when repairing your own broken lines of communication or making sure your messages were actually received/understood.
