Thursday brings the only day this moon cycle with the entire day aligned to Capricorn energy. We are ambitious, dependable and may prefer to do it for someone rather than teaching the skill. The symbol was relating to an automobile wrecked by a train and pointed to lessons around rushing or being pressured by self-created deadlines. The gold is in remembering our first obligation is to ourselves. The degree where the full moon perfects is 18°Cp50’ and the associated symbol is “a child of about five carrying a huge shopping bag filled with groceries.” This symbol points to expectations or responsibility. Under this energy, we may be tempted to volunteer for some special project. The advantage lies in asking the right questions before agreeing to something. As with the new moon, we must manage expectations about obligations. If we fail, because we took on more than we could handle, that could have more negative results than saying no in the first place. This is a period when we should aim to under-promise and over-deliver.
