August 22, 2025 – Business is Business

Friday is the second of two days with the moon in Leo and the balsamic phase for the entire day. Tomorrow brings the new moon and Virgo energy. Today, we are leaning into the forgiving, releasing and dreaming mixed with lightening up and having fun. We are able to enjoy life and be more childlike than most times. Creativity is abundantly available if you seek it.

The main event of the day is the Sun entering Virgo at 4:34PM. This is a shift for our identity but may not have an impact on us for a few days. When the Sun is in Virgo, we can anticipate our focus is improved. We have the ability to tap into logical information and focus on the details. We have to be careful not to be critical and heartless while we are making cuts and slashes in our lives. Virgo will help us get where we need to be but it rarely has time for emotions. This is a blessing and a curse. The next month has two new moons in Virgo so we can expect that there is some renewal around this part of our birth charts. It may be that we are adding a humanitarian aspect to this Virgo real estate to partner with the discriminatory mentality.

The last event is Venus square Chiron Rx at 10:29PM. This is a hard change between our relationships or how we discriminate and the inner wounded healer and teacher. Given Venus is working away from Chiron, we can infer this is a persevering or challenging type energy. With Chiron retrograde, we will feel this energy again in January 2026. This aspect is asking us to say goodbye to painful associations. Opportunities for more positive relationships that sustain you are available. We may see how we were fooled about something or how we can be better when January rolls around.
