August 18, 2025 – Energy to do the Work

Monday kicks off with two aspects before many of us wake up. The first is Mercury sextile Mars at 1:33AM. This is an easing between our communication and energy which is a good opportunity for mental assertiveness, honesty, fast progress and practical solutions. We have had this energy with us since the 15^th, and it hangs around until the 21^st. With the moon in Gemini most of the day, this is powering up our week for getting things done.

Secondly, the Sun perfects a trine with Eris at 4:32AM. This is a powering between our identity and liberation via discord. We have been feeling this since Saturday afternoon and will have it with us until tomorrow about 6PM. There is a stepping out and taking action to this aspect as well.

Lastly, the moon moves from Gemini to Cancer at 3:05PM marking a shift from airy masculine to watery feminine. As we work through adjusting our lives to the way we want them to be, we get the afternoon for concentrating on home and family. The next couple days will have us taking on activities that nurture our own bodies as well as those of our loved ones. We have the final day of the third quarter phase of revision and realignment so make those adjustments that are obviously needing attention.
