April 22, 2025 – Reforming the Shadow

Tuesday we should be getting used to the Aquarius moon energy of freeing everything and differentiating. It is likely we are getting a full day of hobbies clubs and groups demanding attention. We will be leaning into building networks and cooperating in humanitarian pursuits. As long as we avoid being too opinionated, we can really seize the day.

We are at the peak of Third Quarter moon phase and moving towards the new moon in Taurus. Third quarter energy is about revision and realignment regarding our new moon in Aries seed but it is likely we are finding that what we now want vs what we wanted has changed. Crisis has likely been presented and we are working through the reformation required to get our lives pointed the direction we prefer most.

We may find that our energy is not as strong as usual because today is the day of the year when the Sun opposes the Black Moon which perfects at 5:24PM in addition to the Black Moon moving to 03°Scorpio at 8:07PM. With all this black moon energy we are dealing an intensification around our shadow side and identity. These transits are like throwing open the curtains of a dark room. We see things that need to be cleaned or tidied up, thrown out, repaired, rearranged, or reorganized. We also see what is missing, or the “holes” in our lives. Due to this transit, are stronger because we face our fears in some way. The Black Moon is now discharging a symbol related to youth and devotional ritual, be aware of the potential to control others and be controlled. Shadow is focusing on death and rebirth while in Scorpio meaning we should avoid basing our self-worth on winning/losing or life/death.
